Pseudo Japan style miso like roasted eggplant receipe

Pseudo Miso

Peanut butter sauce x 3 tbsp

Oyster sauce x 2 tbsp

Sugar x 2 tsp

Cooking wine x 3 tbsp

other ingredient

Eggplant x 1 piece (Cut in half)

Shredded garlic x 1/4 piece

Olive oil x 5 tbs 

Salt x tiny bit

Shredded Chinese spring onion x 1 /2 piece


1. Mix the pseudo miso all of ingredients well for preserving.

2. Shredded garlic and olive oil plus salt on the bowl and heat up by microwave with 30 - 45 seconds.

3. Fold the eggplant to the mixed garlic oil of each surface into the oven plate, and paste the mixture of pseudo miso sauce on the eggplant.
